My name is Sarah Josey and I am a Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist, and the owner of Golden Poppy Herbal Apothecary, a full-service clinic and retail store located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I’m passionate about bringing herbalism back into the mainstream healing world and helping people achieve health naturally. I believe our health reflects the way our parents and grandparents lived, and the way we live now will echo through our children and grandchildren.
My practice combines traditional herbal wisdom with the latest research and knowledge in herbs and nutrition. This allows me to use what has worked for centuries by traditional healers while incorporating modern advancements, creating a blend that is as adaptable and personalized as each of my clients.
I specialize in hormone balancing, digestive issues, specialized dietary concerns, fertility, and increasing overall health and vitality.
Over the years, I’ve developed a love for holding sacred space and co-lead regular seasonal circles, as well as retreats, that help us drop into the present moment and connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
